Sara May Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sara May (Woodstock, Connecticut), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 29, 2025 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sara May to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Korswig and Vivian Korswig (Newton); and her husband Wesley May. She is survived by: her brother Karl (Ann) of Woodstock; her sons, Dale (Kate) of Hampton, Doug of Pomfret, Darrell of Dayville and Derek (Valerie) of Pomfret; her grandchildren, Daniel, Aaron, Trevor, Jordan, David and Emily Brown; her great grandchildren, Lucy, Ariel, Mia and Evelyn; and her nieces, Karen Doyle, Terri Ducharme, Joann Ainslie and Jamie Thompson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Sally's memory be made to the May Memorial Library, P.O. Box 14, East Woodstock, CT 06244, or to the Muddy Brook Fire Dept., P.O. Box 222, East Woodstock, CT 06244.
