He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Cruttenden; his children, William Cruttenden II (Wendy), Robert Cruttenden (Denise) and DeEtta Spalding (Seth); his grandchildren, William Cruttenden III, Jacob Cruttenden, Ashton Cruttenden and Carilee Integlia (Steven); his great grandchildren, Emmalee, Arabella and Gabrielle; his granddaughter Alana Spalding (Chris Workman); and his great grandchild Margaret.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the East Woodstock Congregational Church or the Danielson Veterans Coffeehouse .
