She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Wade and Ida Crowell Wade; and her brother Raymond Wade Jr.. She is survived by: her husband David Lee Wellington; her daughters, Tracy Wellington Hammond (Maurice), Lango Wellington Flanagan (Derrick White) and Ntaka M. Wellington; and her sister Pauline Wade Hebron (Albert). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
