She was predeceased by : her parents, Dutro Carter and Roberta Carter; her sister Rosemary Nash; and her grandsons, Michael and Jonathon.

She is survived by : her children, Bill Seibert (Rachelle) of Jefferson City, MO and Patrice Seibert of Shippensburg, PA; and her grandchildren, Darian, Patrick, Shawn, Adrian, Aaron and Andre. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
