It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Apostle Ellaree Goldson-Jenkins of Washington, District of Columbia, born in Manning, South Carolina, who passed away on April 24, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Apostle shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Apostle farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her children, Wanda Ray Price and Gregory Goldson; and her stepdaughter Queenesther Yates. She is survived by: her husband Larry D. Jenkins; her children, Henrietta Goldson, Patrick H. Goldson (Linda) and Joey B. Graves, Sr. (Sharon); her stepchildren, Jimmie Goldson (Betty) and Regina McFadden; Mary Conyers, Pauline Grove and Loretta Graves. She is also survived by one of four siblings.
