Barbara left this world on September 15, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Elton and Arlene Rebecca Landis (Lovelace); and her sister Carol Ann Powers of Bath. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Frederick Baker of Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania.; her son Christopher Baker; her daughter-in-law Christina Bradford of Jacksonville, Florida; her brother-in-law Richard Powers; her sibling's children, Gena Powers and Michael Powers (Michelle); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma (Hirsch), Andrew and Jesse.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chestnut Hill Cemetery (2613 Sackett Ave, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Brunswick Heritage Museum (40 W Potomac St, Brunswick, MD 21716) in Barbara's name.
