She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ernest Cooper and Dorothy Cooper (Mallory) of Virginia; and her brother Jeffrey Dubois. She is survived by: her husband David L. Bullock; her adoptive daughter Angela Spicer (Levenski); her granddaughters, Logan Spicer and Avarie Spicer; her siblings, David C. Cooper of Lithonia, GA, James G. Cooper of Locust Grove, VA and Angelar Barber of Pinson, AL; her friend Vernell Smith; her godson Juwuane Smith; and her nephews, Jerome and Tyrome.
