Though Billie has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home (5401 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
