As Carlone departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Carlone may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Carlone leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her son Fredrick. She is survived by: her husband Lewis; her son Edward Williams; and her grandchildren, FredTaye and Williams (Honor Camillia Williams). She is also survived by several cousins, other relatives and, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson & Jenkins Funeral Home (716 Kennedy St NW, Washington, DC 20011). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
