She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Boyd, Samuel Porter, Coretta Spriggs, Michelle Douglas and Sonya Porter; her children-in-law, Eddie Douglas III, Warren Spriggs, Jonathan Boyd and Phylisa Porter; her granddaughters-in-law, Piccera Ellerby and Kristian Porter; her siblings, Lila Mae Vice, Lula Jane Brailsford and Jessie Hamilton; her sisters-in-law, Mazie Hamilton, Eloise White, Eva Mae Carroll, Rosa Williams, Maggie McMillan and Elizabeth Sumpter; her goddaughter Sandra Bennett; her daughters, Renee Goode and Devita Porter; and her close friends, Ida Wilson and Thomasina Lampkin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
