She was predeceased by: her father Harris Cooper (Darcy). She is survived by: her mother Patricia Cooper (Jim) of Edina, MN; her husband Alan S. Block of Arlington, VA; her grandmother Mary Dall; her brother Theodore "Ted" V. Cooper (Jesse Galvan) of El Paso, TX; Anita (Ronald Block) and Nicole Cooper (David Znameroski). She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
A reception will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Joseph Gawler's Sons (5130 Wisconsin Ave, Washington, DC 20016).
