With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Cynthia C Dempsey of Washington, District of Columbia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Cluss (Mimi) and Charles Cluss. She is survived by: her husband Joe Dempsey; her sons, Michael (Libby), Kevin (Devon) and Patrick; and her granddaughter Claire. She is also survived by her five siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
