We are sad to announce that, on October 6, 2023, at the age of 76, Dail Burton Moore of Washington, District of Columbia, born in Seaford, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Philip C. Moore Sr. and Eleanor Moore; his brother Philip C. Moore, Jr.; and his friend H. Craig Kellermann. He was also cherished by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to St. Luke's Episcopal church in Seaford or the Alzheimer's Association.
