He is survived by: his wife Alice Owen Dowdy; his daughters, Melani Dowdy-Tucker (Scott Tucker) and Lauren Dowdy; his granddaughter Londyn Camejo; his brother Ronald Dowdy; and his siblings-in-law, Juanita Owens, John Owens (Ida) and Roy Owens (Janice). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
