Dawn Miller Hurley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn Miller Hurley of Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Dawn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dawn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolen Miller and Rozelle Miller; and her husband Ralph Nelson "Buz" Hurley. She is survived by: her children, Michael Hurley (Angela), Shannan Wayne (Alex) and Samantha Hurley; and her sisters, Sharon Sullivan and Gayle Remington (David). She is also survived by grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Browns Bridge Church (3860 Browns Bridge Rd, Cumming, GA 30041).
