He was predeceased by: his father Luther Sr. Randall. He is survived by: his wife Johnnie; his daughter-in-law Sharon; his grandchildren, Kelvin Jr. (Natasha), Sharde' (Jerry), Kelsey and Shanice; his great grandchildren, Chanel, Kamarie, Kaiden, Shiloh, Sinai and Ethan; his siblings, Billy (Georgia) and Mary Della; and his niece Claudette (Ralph III). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
