He was predeceased by: his parents, Delaney Chapman and Mary Agnes Colbert; and his son Fabian Wilson Baker. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Baker-Colbert; his children, Sherrie Butler (Demetrius), Wanda Colbert-Cameron, Victoria Gibbs (Allen), Reginald Colbert (Catina), Delaney Chadwick Colbert, Keith Maurice Colbert, Karen Dockery (Charles), Joan Ann Baker and Harry Henry Baker, Jr.; and his siblings, Dolores Malone (John), Frederick Colbert and Frances Terrell (Calvin). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
