He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Lacey; his children, Jonathan Lacey (Casey) and Shannon Lacey (Justin) of Mechanicsville, MD; and his grandchildren, Kyle Bidwell, Owen Lacey, Hailey Bean, Douglas Harbold, Jr., Louise Lacey, Beau Bullis, Bodee Lacey, Stevie Lacey and Atlus Bullis.
