With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Jean Kelley in Washington, District of Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 16, 2026 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Kelley and Jennie Kelley (Roberts); and her sister June Durkee (Charles Heise). She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Mays; her grandchildren, Ashley and Jonathan; and her sisters, Joyce Heise and Janice Cook. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
