He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel Thompson Eldridge. He is survived by: his father Vasco P. Eldridge; his friends, Richard Anderson, James Barnes and Shirley Carswell; his daughters, Shondell Speller of Hyattsville, Serena Price (Joel) of Laurel and Stephanie Eldridge of Glenn Dale; his brother Louis P. Eldridge of Cary, N. C.; his grandsons, Joel Price III and Cameron Price; his aunts, Araminta Anderson and Mary Hayman (Eldon Sr.); his uncle Earle Eldridge; his former wife Shirley Carswell; and his godson Ross Johnson. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
