Blue, Evelyn Witherspoon (Jerome) and Elroy Blue (Elizabeth); his nephew Anthony J. Moses; his uncles, Joseph (Roberta), Howard (Alberta), Vernon and George Hillery (Nina); his aunt Ruth Hillery-Stokes (Leon); and his former wife Joyce Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Marty, Kenneth and Nichol; his siblings, Bishop Earl Blue (Carolyn) and Ellen Daniels (Eugene); and his grandchildren, Quolanda, Tyler and Kennedy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
