She is survived by: her nephew Durothy; her husband Samuel E. Compton, Jr.; her daughter Helen; her granddaughter Lauren; her niece Trina Harrod; and her close friends, Bruce Butler and John Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
