He is survived by: his wife Myrna Acio; his daughters, Abigail Kroptavich (Acio) and Catherine Pizzarello; his grandchildren, Maxwell Pizzarello, Claire Kroptavich, Dante Pizzarello and Alina Kroptavich; his brother Omar Acio; and his mother Virginia Acio.
