It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Geraldine Billingslea of Washington, District of Columbia, born in Texarkana, Texas, who passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband George Frank Billingslea. She is survived by: her daughters, Frankie Billingslea, MD, Patricia Billingslea-Cox (Vincent) and Carla Billingslea. She is also survived by Her extended family includes two sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, many nieces, nephews, surrogate sons and daughters.

She painfully fought arthritis and Alzheimer's Disease.
