He is survived by : his wife Jillian; his children, Jacob and Anya; his parents-in-law, Tom and Marge Crouch; his brother-in-law Andrew Crouch (Amber); his siblings, Mark De Haan (Kathy) and Jane De Haan; and his niece Kristen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
