He is survived by: his daughters, Tara Tinsley Pelitere (Chris) and Ebony Edwards; his granddaughters, Alexis Jones and Alicea Pelitere; his brother Dwane Tinsley (Tina); his caregiver Pearl Epps; and his brothers-in-law, Eddie J. Johnson and Fred Kanney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and longtime friends.
