Floyd leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Floyd’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Floyd will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parent Teisah. He is survived by: his son Aaron G. Miller; his grandchild Isah V. Miller of Los Angeles; his wife Jane Broendel; his stepchildren, Katherine Broendel (Sean Crosbie) and Reid Broendel (Nora); his stepgranddaughter Mara Broendel; his brother Michael Miller (Carol) of Portland; and his nephews, Eric and Paul.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Joseph Gawler & Sons (5130 Wisconsin Ave, Washington, DC 20016).
