“Today, Debra McGee, was kind enough to let us know of the passing of her father, Francis McGee, affectionately known to his pool pals as Moose. I first came to know him at Rumsey Pool in the District. He would come a couple times a week initially and do his regular constitutional. When his attendance dropped, we stayed in touch by phone. He was a great buddy with a sharp curiosity that always made for great conversations. I offer my sincere condolences to his family.”
