He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Reilly Baiocchi; his daughters, Laura Scurry, Lisa Halpin (Arn), Lynne Baiocchi Martin (Michael) and Andrea Baiocchi Walker (Chris); his grandchildren, Anthony Baiocchi (Amanda), Thomas Maydag (Tiffany), Justin Halpin, Carly Robles, Christina Halpin, Marisa Scurry, Blake Halpin (Ann), Lindsey Horton (Devan), Eric Maydag, Natalie Halpin, Jack Walker and Lukas Walker; and his great grandchildren, Zachary Baiocchi and Grace Robles.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home (8 E Ridgeville Blvd, Mt Airy, MD 21771). A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (1125 St Michaels Rd, Mt Airy, MD 21771). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20906).
