He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter D. Cooper and Inez M. L. Cooper; and his siblings, Craig and Sharon. He is survived by: his wife Debbie L. Cooper; his son Justin Gilbert; his siblings, Darrell, Beverly and Glenn; his niece Stephanie Troxler Thompson; his nephews, Mazi Mutafa (Kameron), Brian Troxler (Laurene) and Aaron; his brother-in-law Gilbert Troxler; and his aunt Greta A. Tonge. He is also survived by cousins, extended family, long-time neighbors and friends.
