He is survived by: his sister Betsy Peet Simering; his children, George Solon Peet 3rd, Sophia Poling (Robert) of Middletown and Sonia Peet of New Market; his grandchildren, Nicholas Yancey of Cameron, NC, Nathan Yancey (Hannah) of Conway, SC, Natalie Yancey of Middletown, Abby Poling and Landon Poling of Middletown; and his great grandchild Haven Yancey of Conway, SC..
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Middletown United Methodist Church (7108 Fern Ct, Middletown, MD 21769). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
