He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Samuel; his sister Jean Richards (Jim Richards); and his father Joseph Jakubos. He is survived by: his mother Edith Jakubos; his brothers, Theodore and Joseph Jr. Jakubos; his children, Oliver Samuel-Jakubos (Anna Bryant), Kendall Samuel-Jakubos and Haley Samuel-Jakubos; and his granddaughter Margot Bryant Jakubos. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
