He was predeceased by: his father Horace Taylor. He is survived by: his mother Tessie M. Taylor of Washington, D. C.; his son Justin Taylor (Quenell) of Indian Head, Maryland; his sister Lynn Taylor-Moore (Lloyd) of Washington, D. C.; and his close friends, Frank Porter and Lottie McLean. He is also survived by loving relatives, friends and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vermont Ave. Baptist Church (1630 Vermont Ave NW, Washington, DC 20009).
