He is survived by : his children, Valerie Payton and Alonzo Simons; his siblings, James Peyton, Robert Payton, John Payton, George Peyton, Charles Peyton and Frances Payton of Washington, DC; his grandson Michael Taylor of Washington, DC; his close friends, John of Suitland and Diane Williams of Washington, D. C.; and his nieces and nephews, James, George Peyton, Barbara Ann Peyton, Linda Jackson, Marilyn Jackson and Eric Clatterbuck of Temple Hills, Maryland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
