He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Hilliard and Cora Lee Hilliard; his grandmother Fannie; and his siblings, Jesse Jr., Hilda and Fannie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Hilliard of Upper Marlboro, MD, Karen Jackson (Eric) of New Orleans, LA and Kimberly Hilliard of Jackson, MS; his grandchildren, Nia Jackson and Jelani Jackson (Stacey); and his siblings, Corrine Rogers of Washington, DC, Elizabeth Fitzpatrick of Silver Spring, MD and Carlyle Hilliard (Flora) of Washington, DC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
