With solemn reverence, we commemorate Iris Jacques Haresign of Washington, District of Columbia, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, whose life came to an end on July 22, 2025 at the age of 95, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Richard Haresign; and her siblings, Carol, Frank and Jean Jacques. She is survived by: her children, David T. Haresign (Patricia L.) and Sharon H. Throckmorton (Douglas); her grandchildren, David Christopher (Kerrianne Conn), Michael Haresign, Ryan (Moreen) and Patrick Throckmorton; and her great grandchild Henry Throckmorton.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (4001 Yuma St NW, Washington, DC 20016).
