It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Cole (Washington, District of Columbia), born in Indian Head, Maryland, who passed away on November 21, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carlyle Waters and Vernice Imogene Key Waters; her brothers, Thomas Waters, Sr. and Gerald Waters, Sr.; and her siblings-in-law, Carrie Cole, Dorothy Waters, Celestine Waters and Wayne Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Oscar Jackson Cole, Jr.; her children, Angela Patrice Cole Dixon (Tony), Martin Cabral Jackson Cole (Michelle) and Lisa Jacqueline Cole Queen (Troy); her sister Lois Davis; her grandchildren, Sala Queen, Mila Queen, Vivienne Cole, Niyah Cole, Christopher Dixon and Rashad Fisher; her brother-in-law Terrell Cole (Melanie); her nephews, David Waters, Michael Waters, Kenneth Waters and Gerald Waters, Jr.; her niece Adrienne Davis; and her goddaughter Cheryl Davis. She is also survived by other relatives, cousins, other in-laws, and dear friends.
