We are sad to announce that, on November 22, 2023, at the age of 87, James Howe of Washington, District of Columbia, born in Hampton, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Marcel Abbott Howe and Carson Howe Sr.; and his siblings, Carson Howe Jr. and Beverly Lang. He is survived by: his significant other Diane; his son Philip Howe of Conway, AR; and his sister Mary Reedy. He is also survived by his family and close friends.
