She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carter and May Bell Carter; and her brother-in-law Maurice A. Patterson. She is survived by: her child Jasmyn Price (Michael); her sister Joy Patterson; and her nephews, William (Marlena) and Maurice C. Patterson (Nicole).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fort Lincoln Cemetery (3401 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood, MD 20722).
