She is survived by : her brother Jimmy Davis Bigelow of Greensboro, NC; her nieces, Rencice Degraffenridt of Burlington, NC and Jawanna Clay of Washington, DC; her close friend Steve Jett of Burgess, VA; her aunts and uncles, Chester A. Shaw of Washington, DC, James Cecil Shaw (JC) of Burlington, NC, Ellevenia Shaw of Greensboro, NC and Evelyn Shaw Jackson (Dallas); and her sister Debbie Bozeman of Burlington, NC. She is also survived by cousins and friends.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Blackwell Funeral Home (1292 Rauhut St, Burlington, NC 27217).
