She was predeceased by: her husband James "Ty" Bulluck; her parents, James F. Dow and Melva C. Dow; and her siblings, Eugene Thomasson and Carolyn Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Tyrell Dow and Manika Morgan; her son-in-law Donte Randall; her grandsons, Khalil and Kaiden Randall; her siblings, Michael Dow, Carlton Skookie, James Dow (De'Ana), Darlene Oden (Kevin) and Kristy Johnson; and her friends, Von Deleah "Bonnie" Williams, Samone Hinton, Monica Martin and Quinzine "Lou" Mack. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and many more family and friends.
