He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bonnie Brownell; his daughters, Theresa and Caroline; and his granddaughter Lily.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jeffrey's name to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Children's National Hospital in Washington, D.C.*, which gave his beloved granddaughter the opportunity to grow into a beautiful, athletic, brilliant, and kind little girl, who loved her "Grandadu" very much.
