He is survived by: his wife Pam; his sister Catherine Leveroni McInnis of Cotuit, MA; his children, Mary Melissa Myers (Mick) of New Market, MD, Jerome Thomas O'Connell, Jr. (Joann) of Washington, D. C., William Matthews O'Connell (Ellen) of Annapolis, MD, Christy O'Connell Leary (Mark) of Wilton, CT, Monica Ann Williams (Tom) of Wilton, CT and Mary Kathryn Bruno (Mike) of Washington, D. C.; and his grandchildren, Chase, Liam, Drew, John, Barrett, Katie, Grace, Lilly, Jerry, Maryanne, Henry, Monica, Maggie, Auden and Calder.
