It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Chenery DeCain (Washington, District of Columbia), born in Brookline, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Vincent F. DeCain; her children, Thomas Chenery (Ann Marie), Paul Frederick (Gema), Scott (Sandra) and Ann DeCain Kane (Richard); and her grandchildren, Marshall, Sophia, Olivia, Claire, Pierce, Charleston, Nicholas, Patrick, Alexandra and Russell.
