She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Emery and Edna Clark Jackson; and her siblings, Clarice Tomasso, Winfield Jackson, Minerva Street, Carl Jackson, Kathleen Wright and Emery Jackson.

She is survived by: her husband Marvin Martin; and her siblings, Isaac Jackson and Vera Jackson Morris. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews and other relatives.
