She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Joseph and Vivian Esther Snowden; her husband Lardy "Butch" Murray; her siblings, Alvin M. Snowden, Kendall A. Snowden and Gwendolyn Snowden Stallworth; her sisters-in-law, Francis Murray Grimes and Mary Murray Wilkerson; and her siblings' children, Nicolette Ratiff and McKinley Ratiff.
She is survived by: her sons, Damon (Nicole) and Jeffrey (Tiffanie); her grandchildren, Jelani, Damon, Quentin, Elijah and Tatyana; and her siblings, Geraldine, Denise "Necie" and Wayne "Stevie".
