He is survived by: his siblings, Joan Rhones, Charles Burke (Sandy) and Calvin "Bootsie" Burke; his children, Antoinette "Toni" Campbell, JoAnne "Jab" Burke and John (Burke, Jr.); his daughter-in-law Jaynell Burke; his grandchildren, Marcus "Moe Moe" Burke, Antonia "Ant Ant" Campbell, DeShawn Burke, Derrell "Pal" Campbell, Jayneeshia "Fat Face" Pittman (Terrence), Kamari "Lil Bertha" Price, Johnae "Nugget" Burke and John "JT" Burke III; his great grandchildren, Logan "Lo Lo" Barnwell, Janiya "Bunny" Pittman, Carter Burke, Jurnee "Pumpkin" Campbell and Avon "Prince" Burke; and his siblings-in-law, Benjamin Coleman, John D. McGilvery, Jr., Talib Abdul Samad, Sandy Burke, Ruby Jean Smith, Rita Moore, Sharon Furbush and Adrian McGilvery.
