With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jonathan Russin in Washington, District of Columbia, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 31, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Russin and Anne Russin (Wartella); his brother Rodion Russin; and his sister-in-law Jane Russin. He is survived by: his wife Toni Russin (Stackpole); his sister Ellen Russin (Michael Cohen); his sons, Alexander Russin (Stephanie), Andrew Russin (Emily), Benjamin Russin (Lauren) and Jacob Russin (Laura); and his grandchildren, Janet, Anna, Harry, Jack and Elizabeth.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests any donations be made to the Rostropovich Vishnevskaya Foundation (RVF): For the Heath of Children.
