She is survived by: her husband Robert Buchanan; her son-in-law Howard; her granddaughter Jada; her son Robert L. Buchanan V; her family, Warrene F. Sawyer, Angela S. Rock, Leon N. Rock and Felicia N. Rock; and her friends, Sylvia, Sharlene, Wanda, Judy and Mary. She is also survived by three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one son-in-law, many nieces and nephews, host of cousins.
