He is survived by: his wife Heather Noelle Wharton; his daughters, Genevieve Elizabeth Mills and Juliette Delphine Mills; his parents, Shirley Mae Miller and Daniel Lee Mills; and his siblings, Benjamin Joseph Mills and Serah Rachel Mills. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the LLC Grand Hall (5130 Wisconsin Ave, Washington, DC 20016). A reception will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
